«We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet.
The better room had a toilet that didnt work.
All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »

«No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it»

The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. Admittedly, all I had to do was ask but I had troubled them with so many things that they'd been helpful with that I felt ...
