«Everything else about Bernese was great, esp that they are pet-friendly. The restaurant good was great (some items excellent actually). Staff was very nice and accomodating. What I didn’t like about it was the fact that the faucet barely had water and the bathroom fixtures were quite poor. Also, and this is just a small matter that should not detract from our overall impression, there’s just too much plastic plants and flowers all around. «The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing. »

«I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Mansion Hotel. This was the 3rd time I stayed here. Tabaco doesn't have many hotels to choose from and this is definitely the nicest one in the town/ It's modern, very clean, a wonderful staff and very quiet since it is not in the downtown area. They also have 2 nice sized restaurants. Definitely will stay here again.»
