«Great location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Reds Stadium. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The bar and restaurant area off from the lobby was a great place to end our day with a cocktail. The breakfast bar was well stocked and had a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The only down side was the walls were thin, which is true for many hotels. We could hear our neighbors next to us and above us. »

«This hotel is very upscale. It has espresso machines in the room, ice buckets that could be used as a weapon and supper comfy beds. What it doesn’t have is parking ($40 a day for valet which is all the hotel offers) no breakfast but you can buy overpriced food at the restaurant and take it back to your room. There is a ton of restaurants within walking distance and lots of pretty views. Room is not neurodivergent friendly as the tv shuts off during the night and there is a ton of noise ( sounded ...

«Moderne og fint hotell. God løsning innredningsmessig med god plass til baggasje og to pulter i rommet (to sengs rom). Men bare stol til en av pultene(?). Kjøleskap, stor tv og kaffemaskin. Pent og moderne bad. Vi oppdaget imidlertid at hårføner manglet - litt kjedelig når du står der med vått hår etter en dusj. Gratis parkering. Beliggenheten er grei - enkelt å komme til med bil, og med gangbroen over til Cincinnati rett utenfor.»

«The staff was never at the front desk. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to check in to get anything. They were completely out of towels went for breakfast and they were literally out of everything. The only thing they had was scrambled eggs they had no spoons no food no cups nothing I would not stay here.»

«The check-in was easy and they let us check-in early which was amazing. The breakfast selection was quite wonderful for an included breakfast. My biggest complaint was they deactivated my room key before 11am (checkout). It went to pack the car and couldn’t get back into my room to get the rest of my things. It was 10:45! I had to ask housekeeping to let me in.»
