«Property was as advertised, clean and convenient. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights during the Big Ears festival. Most music venues were within a five to ten minute walk. Some, like Boyds Jig and Reel were across the street. The Standard and the Mill and Mine were a two minute walk. Be forewarned the railroad is 40 feet from your residence. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms with full shower and a third bathroom downstairs. Good ...

«You can't beat the location. It is right by all the restaurants and shops in market square. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with anything you might need. The owner was also very responsive answering questions. We would definitely stay there again. »

«We only spent one night here but it was very nice. Clean and accurately described. We wanted to eat in, and the kitchen was wonderful to make our meal. We got groceries from Three Rivers close by. Street noise was there (train horn, party music somewhere close by) but manageable. Thank you!»

The condo is fresh and feels new even though it is about 5 years old. The furnishings look great and are comfortable. The condo is very spacious and is generally well equipped. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. «Our stay was perfect! The host was great. She even called and checked in with us. They supply mainly everything you need! I appreciated the fact that there were pots and pans in the kitchen, along with spices!! It was very clean and super homey! The swings on the porch were my favorite.
