«Great location, wonderful set up for our family with small kids. There are stairs so be mindful when booking. We brought our own gate for the stairs. Everything was very nice and comfortable for us. The kitchen is well stocked for all you could need to cook a meal. Would definitely book here again one day!»

«The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!»

«Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front ...

«We took our adult children for a weekend getaway in Townsend. This was a great location for us. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio watching the water. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.»

Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars.»

«The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more ...

«Directions to property were perfect! Property was very clean and well kept as we drove through parking lot. Unit was very clean and organized. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Only issue was we wanted to have coffee outside one morning on back patio but area was covered in cobwebs. We just sat at table inside and looked out window. I would definitely recommend this property for a mountain getaway.»

«Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am. ...

«This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in ...

«Our stay was perfect! The host was great. She even called and checked in with us. They supply mainly everything you need! I appreciated the fact that there were pots and pans in the kitchen, along with spices!! It was very clean and super homey! The swings on the porch were my favorite. Will definitely be staying here if we ever travel to the area again!»
