«Overall, this was the best resort experience we’ve had. The pools and ocean views are incredible, the Lagoonarium is a neat experience. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and well-designed, and the staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating. «We gave this 5 stars because the location and amenities fit us perfectly and it was exactly what we needed. We stayed for 4 glorious restful days. Victor, our host, was very careful about giving us our privacy yet extremely helpful with setting up with anything we needed. Henrique, his helper was also very helpful. «We stayed for 2 nights & we’re able to sleep like babies both nights. It was very quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off in the morning before we could check in & they kept them safe while we went on our forts day’s adventures. Awesome place, just wish they had a nice machine. »

«We stayed in the executive suite and it was great - three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room area all over two floors. Hotel lobby staff is friendly and service minded. We didn't get to use the swimming pool. The restaurant Le Velvet located on the hotel's ground floor offers really good food over a wide price range. All in all a good place to stay if you choose to visit Papeete.»
