«Overall, this was the best resort experience we’ve had. The pools and ocean views are incredible, the Lagoonarium is a neat experience. The rooms are clean, luxurious, and well-designed, and the staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating. My wife and I (in our 30’s) stayed for a week on an anniversary trip, with some day travel through Tahiti and day-trips across the ferry to Moorea. My favorite part by far were the two pools. «We stayed for 2 nights & we’re able to sleep like babies both nights. It was very quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off in the morning before we could check in & they kept them safe while we went on our forts day’s adventures. Awesome place, just wish they had a nice machine. »

«We stayed in the executive suite and it was great - three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room area all over two floors. Hotel lobby staff is friendly and service minded. We didn't get to use the swimming pool. The restaurant Le Velvet located on the hotel's ground floor offers really good food over a wide price range. All in all a good place to stay if you choose to visit Papeete.»

«We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund.»
