«As stated in my preliminary report, the training of the personnel leaves a LOT to be desired. The lady a the front desk was unable to find out where the hotel was situated on the map, her guidance to the nearest shopping centre was positively misleading. Paid extra for a room not facing the city, believing that would mean a view of the lake. The view of the lake was there, but you almost had to lean out of the window to see it. The lakeside restaurant was good. the breakfast nothing special. ...
