«My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. «We were able to book a last-minute stay in Nantucket at this awesome studio/apartment. The owner was great - very responsive and had everything set up for us. The place was really cozy, very rustic but well appointed at the same time. It was clean, in great shape, there was WiFi and towels were provided, which is honestly all we cared about for one night. «This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend»

«The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone»

«This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. We would def rent again here.»

«The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball.»
