«A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. «The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space ...

«Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.»

«The cottage was clean and comfortable as reported. The location is excellent, we walked to town, and all around. I would call the house a cottage as it is relatively small and the decor etc are a little dated but cute. The one draw back was that it was like 90+ degrees and there is no AC. We opened all the windows and there were plenty of window fans available and overhead fans, and while it did cool down some at night, we were still hot and there really wasn't anything to do to get some relief. ...

«This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed»
