«This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities ...

«This has been the second booking I made that the owner had a hot tub that was not working when we arrived, there were many issues with this property as well, many times in the kitchen and living room, refrigerator ice dispenser did not give ice, but clog up numerous times, microwave did not rotate and make loud noises, both showers were very slippery, vent screens were very dirty»

«The day before we were to stay on the property we rented, the toilet broke but the owner/manager offered for us to stay at a another house that they were also renting. The house we stayed in was very clean and worked very well for us. Great communication with the owner/manager and took care of a potential problem right away. Will stay here again.»

«The house was nice and looked like the pictures online. had a huge beautiful lot for lots of parking and a pool and hot tub with waterfall. But the hot tub did not work as far as the heater goes, so we could not use the hot tub which would have been nice. They had a decent pool table which came in handy with some friends, but the overall stay was good. I do recommend staying here!»

Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities and you get to use the single car garage to park in! The neighborhood is quiet. The house was fantastic and about 15 minutes from wherever we needed to get on the strip. Overall, the house was fantastic. Great kitchen, and living area, and the bedrooms were perfect with very comfortable beds!! It was too cold for us to really enjoy the outdoor area, but the outside area looked awesome.
