«What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall.»

«It was a great stay for a great event.the accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us very close to events and to food and granddaughters apartment.the only downside was there were wind chimes that were a little too noisy and stone sidewalk a little bit difficult to walk on»

«We have been staying in Gardiner for years for a week or two each year. We've never come across a property this clean and well-equipped. And there's that much-coveted dedicated parking spot!! «Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. It was just minutes to Triple Play and some great restaurants. It was very private and the only noise we could hear above was occasional footsteps. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.»

«This beautiful studio residence is the perfect getaway spot. It had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the Starbucks coffee!! Nestled in the mountains, we had amazing views, including several wildlife visitors like elk, magpies, and bunnies right outside our doors. Highly recommend the location and our hosts were very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!»
