«Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good.»

«Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way. «Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! The place is spacious, airy, and better than the photos. It actually felt like someone's home and had all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and convenient. Will absolutely return! There were a few unusual things just to mention, for the price point it was totally fine but for instance no door to the upstairs bedroom and the shower handle being so stiff I thought I was going to break it. «We stayed here for a week and loved it. The space is older, and the bathtubs and showers and in dire need of replacement but otherwise the rest of the space was updated. All the furniture, dining spaces and couch were very comfortable. The space is large and functional. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Staff are friendly.
