«This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. »

The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. «This small studio was bigger inside than it appears outside. Tastefully decorated, there are also cards and games provided. The kitchen is adequately supplied. It is set in a nice, quiet neighborhood but is just a short walk to the bustle of Ogunquit.»

A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. «I was very pleased with this vacation rental. The location is great. It is tucked away in the woodlands, but it is only a short drive away from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.
