«Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants.»

Very glad it had parking: one on site for a small car and one street parking pass for our larger SUV. The screened in patio was lovely too. Would love to stay again.»

«Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again.»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Fenwick at this dog friendly beach home. We were able to spread out in the four bedrooms and three decks but also enjoyed meals together on the deck and game night at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked as was the garage. Lots of boogie boards and deck furniture. The best parts are the immediate access to the beach and the walkable/bikeable neighborhood. «This condo was the perfect size for my group of friends! It was clean and well-kept. The only complaint I have is that there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, which I believed to be provided for us. Also, if you are planning to be out of the condo and come back late at night, be wary of high tide. «Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs.»

«We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house.»
