«This hotel was a big disappointment. The rated stars, images and information is far away from reality. The hotel is located in a worn and poor area and we was surprised to see the low standard of the hotel. The rented cabin with sea view for four adults was dark, poorly equipped and needed refurbishment. «Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. «Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. «Just our style. Country sounds and gorgeous landscape. Even the uncle’s place looked like American Pickers (Hawaiian style) and sneaking through was as exciting as it was as a kid without the neighbor yelling to get off his lawn. Just a short beautiful walk to a gorgeous empty beach and a short drive to the north shore. Not for those looking for a resort experience but perfect if you enjoy a glamping experience. We loved it!»

«We have stayed at these condos a few times, but this is by far the nicest one we’ve stayed at. Beautiful views, beautiful interior, and very convenient for our sons wedding at Waimea bay. «So, to start with the cons. We stayed in an airstream completely different than the one advertised. It was less modern/cutesy and more rustic. It wasnt cleaned. The sink still had toothpaste residue in it, and the trash bins were full of previous customers trash. And the A/C didnt work. But stay with me on this.
