The hotel is located in a worn and poor area and we was surprised to see the low standard of the hotel. "Perfect located hotel. Two excellent restaurants in the hotel, plus more than you wish for and need of stores. Very frindly and convenient towel-service for beach life. A little confusing and irritating elevator system kept all guest waiting and waiting, and stairs is perfectly hidden 'somewhere'. Might be an issue if an emergency occurs. Other than the elevator thing, we're very satisfied. We will absolutely consider this hotel again next time we're in Honolulu."
