Fint hotel med veldig god beliggenhet. Fine rom og gode senger. Litt lytt mellom rommene. Super service og rent og pent i fellesarealene. Ingen bar/servering på hotellet, men veldig mange nærliggende alternativer

Bra beliggenhet, 2-3 min. gå avstand til metro sentral stasjon. Virket som et trygt område. Gode senger. Ikke helt nytt hotel, så virket litt slitt noen steder. Føltes ikke som et 4 stjerners hotell. Savnet frokost på hotellet, de hadde en meny hvor man kunne bestille fra, for så å få levert på døra. Bra frokost på pershing square som lå i samme gate rett før sentral stasjonen. Vi hadde de luxe rom på 23m2. Stort rom med stor seng.

Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. The lobby is bright and beautiful, and though it lacks some of the amenities of larger chain hotels (e.g. breakfast spread - though those are usually subpar anyway, onsite convenience store or restaurant) I would choose it any day over those. This will definitely be my new go-to for Midtown NYC stays.

There are no inside locks on the door making it uneasy to rest knowing that anyone from the hotel that has a key can come in. When I got to my room, shortly after, housekeeping walked in unannounced to check on the cleanliness of the room as inspection for the housekeepers. I called for an alarm clock later that evening and engineering came to check the alarms in misunderstanding. He pushed his way past me to get in the room. He later came back with an alarm clock and when I said I could plug it in, he again pushed his way past me and wouldn’t let me keep talking. The complementary bottles of water were used. No cream was provided for the coffee other than the little packets that come with the sugar and they were hard as a rock and expired.

The room is great staff were great - asked for a kettle for our room they brought it and cups and tea right away. No other amenities but we had Starbucks and pret manager on the same block as well as resturants in walking distance

The room was fine for the weekend. Pretty quiet building. Very small bathroom but functional. No coffee maker in the room which was a bummer. Also was supposed to get a bottle of wine for booking this room and did not receive one.

Decent sized room for Manhattan, close to Grand Central and relatively quiet area on Park Ave. However, staff is not well trained. Had to go to the desk on four different occasions to extend my reservation one night. Was told each time that it had been completed but that was always a lie. No internal communication as I had to speak to 4 different sets of people, all unaware of my request. Was also quoted 3 different room rates (higher each time) and given shoddy justifications for this. Wifi was shut down for an entire day and a half - unacceptable when you are in Midtown and serving business clientele. A plethora of options in the area that provide much better customer service.

My stay ended before it even began. During the check-in process, the hotel ran my card for incidentals and the deposit amount was successfully authorized from my account and also reflected on my banking app ledger. The transaction did not populate to hotel’s system and the manager said he didn’t care about what I saw and the only thing he cared about was me providing a different card. The conversation became heated and as I walked away stating that it seemed to me that laziness that was the issue more than anything else, his response was, “You can get the f*ck out of my hotel you f*cking fa*got.” I don’t think I need to say much else.

Mr. Maldonado- unfortunately you were not able to provide us with any form of payment and any sort of credit or debit card with sufficient funds. Due to this you were not able to stay with us. Unfortunately, we had to escort you out of the property due to your rudeness and unprofessional attitude towards our hotel staff. Due to your behavior you have been blacklisted from coming back to the property. Thank you for understanding.

Lovely Hotel, Perfect Location!
I love this hotel. The look and feel of it. The rooms have all been extremely comfortable. And the location is terrific. Easy to walk to family, for shopping etc. but “away from the maddening crowds”! I am an ex-New Yorker ( born and raised there). I married and moved to Washington DC, then to Michigan but continue to visit my brother who lives 2 blocks away from the hotel. Whether for work or family, this is the hotel I most prefer. Overall the hotel was nice, in a good area. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel showed some signs of age, tub shower needs an upgrade as it was dangerous stepping over tub side and there were no grab bars. The doors slamming from neighbors was also a bit loud.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great property and excellent service from the staff. They couldn't do enough to help. Room was big and well-equipped. Bathroom tiles could do with a little attention but did not detract from the stay.

Great location, walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Clean rooms with bathrobes and umbrellas, useful for the rainy day. Environmentally conscious with recyclable water boxes that can be refilled in gym or anywhere. Would stay here again on future visits to New York.
