«Our family had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to property manager! Always reachable. Property is a good size space with for family of 5 and accommodate even more. Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)»

«I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.»

«Apatment is clean, modern and feels comfotable! Communication with host was pleasant and timely! Very convenient to area conveniences including stores, restaurants, and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens!»

«Stayed with my daughter over the weekend. Adorable property, very clean, great location. Was perfect for us. Rented a movie in owners account by accident, owner was very gracious, granted us permission, we did not have to pay. Side notes: caution, stairwell is narrow and tall, going up and down with large piece of luggage is somewhat a trick. If you are over 6ft tall, you may not fit comfortably in the nook where the toilet sits. »

«Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.»

«From start to finish the stay was peaceful. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the rental is cozy and nicely decorated. Craig oriented us to the space on our arrival, and there are written directions in the unit. Our two favorite things were the bedding and the shower. Check out was a breeze- just text him and lock the door. We would definitely stay again.»

«Honestly the only negative was the tiny parking space but it's beachfront cottage. having parking included at all was nice. Friendly clean and close to everything»

«This was a good spot - easy to walk places or take the subway. The two level condo was good for our family with teens. I forgot how noisy NYC is at all times of day, but it is the city that never sleeps.»

«Stayed one night with friends. The set up is nice. Everything was updated and clean. The property manager/ owner was very responsive. The location is great. Walking distance to Tropicana , Tony's Baltimore Grill and Gilcrests. Clean area of the city for sure. Didn't understand where to park but there are 2 parking passes. You can always park at the Trop and walk over. You will really like this place»

«Not bad at all, the housekeepers didn’t replenish our towels and wash cloths that was our only real issue other than the low beds and one tv in the whole suite. Beds look larger online and stated one was a king size but that wasn’t the case. Very clean tho! I would recommend patching & smoothing the poor areas on some of the walls. The 3 bathrooms was a plus for us!»
