Elaine is a great host, the house is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped - kitchen, towels, sheets, furniture, etc. The location was great for our getaway. It is right across the street from the water and very quiet and serene.»

«The house was amazing, and just as described and shown in pictures. It is a 3 minute walk from the ferry - great to do a car-less trip to Martha's Vineyard - rent bicycles and/or use the bus system. We would certainly stay here again.»

«We we’re in MV for the marathon. My 18 ur old ran it (his first). The house was located right near the ferry black dog tavern/ bakery and store as well as stop and shop and several pizza shops! The house was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space is beautiful! Mike checked in with me often to see if we needed anything. The house had everything you need and more. Including a kuerig with complimentary coffee pods and tea options as well. We’ll stocked with soaps shampoo and conditioner paper ...

Location is excellent, we rented E-bikes and explored edgartown, south beach and Chappy. Very comfortable for four adults. Host was attentive and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!»

«The property was easy distance to things we wanted to do. The hosts had little but very nice amenities to include some toiletries for the forgetful :-). There fresh flowers - nice touch. Met the host - very nice. In all we would return in the future.»

«This cabin is recently renovated and well laid out. When we arrived it was clean and the owner left a nice welcome gift. There is a little beach in walking distance and walking/hiking/biking trails at each end of the road. It very convenient to Edgartown by bike or car and easy to get up island by car or bus. For us, the best feature is that they allow dogs. Ours loved their vacation with walks and swimming every day. They have asked to go back. All paws up from the pups!»

«For the last few years my we’ve taken a trip to the Vineyard to celebrate our anniversary after eloping there in the fall of 2020. We decided that it would be nice to bring the dog and invite family down, Mikes place gave us the perfect spot to do that it’s a great location with plenty of room for five adults and small dog, the house was clean and has a great outdoor shower as well. I would definitely recommend staying there.»

«The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone»
