«This place is perfectly suited for our needs. Beds, amenities including an ice maker on the patio and my boat tied up on the water. I really liked not having to worry about tides having my boat moored up. Rates were easily acceptable, and the property owner/operator is top notch on communication and whatnot. 100% would recommend and stay again.»

«Arrived 1 hour after check in time. Property had not been cleaned after recent booking. Trash piled up in the trash cans. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. Bedding looked like someone crawled out of bed and didn’t straighten up. (So dirty bedding) The 4 of us quickly made the decision to drive 8 hours back home after a long day of fishing rather than stay here. Totally unacceptable, I want a complete refund.»

«Pillows could be replaced. Also spider webs could be knocked down if there is a cleaning fee attached to the rate that is already paid. Handrail outside is very loose could be a hazard for future stays.»
