Historisk hotell, sentralt, gammel luksus
Flott hotell med historisk sus i veggene. Perfekt lokasjon for en langhelg i London.
Vi hadde to rom hvor det ene var varmt og godt, nesten litt for varmt, mens det andre var iskaldt. A/C fungerte ikke. Ga beskjed i resepsjonen første dag om dette og det skulle de fikse opp i. Men det var like kaldt neste dag. Så det var litt skuffende.

Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Syntes det var litt kjedelig at vinduene på rommet var frostet og ikke kunne åpnes, det føltes veldig lukket pga det.

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. The different room types do have different views I am sorry to read that you didn't enjoy the Guest Room, they are located overlooking a court yard and are very quiet so ideal if you are busy sightseeing all day and come back to the hotel for a sound nights sleep in a spacious and comfortable room. I do however appreciate your comments and will ensure they are noted. Still, wonderful you enjoyed our central location and the ease of getting around. We do hope to welcome you back. If you would like to contract the hotel directly to talk through the different room types next time so we can ensure we match your expectations.

Our time at RHR was amazing! My daughter and I spent 4 nights there! Convenient and close to EVERYTHING! We loved it! And we had afternoon tea there and it was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Perfect. The staff was frendly, knowlegable, and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were exceptional. Taxis always available but often not needed since the hotel is in such a great location.

Rotal Horseguards Hotel i very nice. Easy walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abby, the London Eye, lots of pubs and souvenir shops. Very close to Trafalgar Square and museum. I have stayed here before and will again. The staff is wonderful.

Reception staff were rude. It took an hour to check in, as rooms were not Twin rooms. Even though I had telephoned reception 2 weeks earlier to check names and re check our Twin rooms booking. After a major discussion with 3 reception staff eventually and thankfully the Manager got us sorted. But it was a very disappointing attitude from reception staff.

The location on the Thames was terrific, it is close to many of the things we wanted to visit, to assorted restaurants, shops, and the underground. The staff was polite, considerate and accommodating. The food was excellent, and we recommend the tea.
Highly recommend.
