Veldig fornøyd. Et rimelig hotell nært undergrunn. Hyggelig betjening. Enkel men tilfredsstillende frokost. Ganske fredelig strøk. Bra med spisesteder i nærheten.

Nice and affordable hotel
A small and relatively modern hotel in a great area. Service is nice, rooms are small but clean.There is no lift here and it can be tiring to walk up stairs to the top floor rooms, 72 steps or so.

Turen var kjempefin. Hotellet rent og pent med trivelig betjening. Frokosten kan med fordel forbedres. Kan godt returnere dit en annen gang også. Fint og rolig strøk til å bo sentralt.

Helt perfekt for en person å reise. Hotellrom var lite men hadde det man trengte. God service og hjelpsomme. Jeg opplevde en flekk på sengen og puten første natt jeg ankom og dette ble tatt hånd om med en gang. Hotellet trenger et større skilt, for jeg måtte lete en stund. Lokalisert bare 500 meter eller noe fra stasjonen hvor man kan ta undergrunnen, buss, eller tog til for man måtte ønske. Lengst vekke er nok flyplassen Gatwick med en times tid. Men ellers så var det meste en halvtime unna med undergrunnen (vel og merke når du har funnet ut av undergrunnen sitt system). Gode restauranter og puber rundt omkring. Jeg hørte ikke mye fra trafikk eller sykehuset som lå rett bak hotellet. Dette her var en perfekt tur for meg alene, men der lå en del par på hotellet og de brukte frokost flittig. Jeg prøvde en gang og anbefaler den ikke med mindre den inkluderer (noe det ikke gjør). Jeg anbefaler dere og bruke restaurant og cafe rundt omkring.

Rent hotell nær Paddington.
Rent hotell. Litt trafikkstøy fra gaten. Varmt og lite ventilasjon. Hyggelige personale. Ingen heis så ikke ta øverste etasje. Inkludert frukost som ikke var noe særlig . Fin beliggenhet nær Paddington. Badet var forferdelig lite - minnet om badet i en lugar .

Bra til å være London
Lite koselig hotell, med super beliggenhet nær t-banen. Rommet og badet vårt var veldig lite, men rent og pent. I et annet land ville jeg blitt utrolig misfornøyd over å få dette rommet for pengene, men vel vitende om hotell-standarden og ikke minst prisene i London, så er vi fornøyd. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og frokosten god.

Et utmerket sted å bo som turist i London
Kort vei til både Paddington og til busstopp for busser til Oxford Circus/Picadilly Circus (buss 23 som går hele døgnet). Serviceinnstilt betjening. Nyoppusset, gode senger, 3 USB-kontakter og 2 vanlige 220 V europeiske kontakter på rommet (i tillegg til engelske kontakter). Ikke noe behov for overganger eller mobillader! Små rom, men når man er i London er rommet et sted å sove. Grei frokost. Meget bra til å være et trestjerners hotell!

Bra hotell for prisen. Tydelig nyoppusset. Får minus er trange bad og mye trapper. Forsøkte ikke frokosten, men hadde tilbudet.

Små rom med begrenset renhold
Bodde fem netter med to barn og hadde derfor ekstraseng. Det var begrenset med gulvplass på rommet pga dette, og badet var også lite. Pluss for gratis minisafe på rommet. Med unger på tur blir det jo fort litt søl med mat og drikke, men laken blei ikke skiftet på tross av synlige flekker på dem. Fjerde dagen ba jeg om å få skiftet dem, og da skjedde det uten problemer. Også flekker på bord og vinduekarmer ble værende igjen. Frokosten var i et lite lokale i kjelleren, greit nok for de som ønsker engelsk frokost med egg og bacon, men hvis ikke du ønsket det var utvalget svært begrenset... Klarte p glemme igjen et kredittkort på rommet, men det ringte de meg om noen dager etter hjemkomst for å gjøre meg oppmerksom på. Da jeg sperret det i etterkant var det ikke blitt brukt til noen transaksjoner, så tydeligvis ærlig og ordentlig betjening! Beliggenheten var bra, nært Paddington med både t-bane og tog til/fra Heathrow.

Helt greit
Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Rolig strøk, samtidig som det er veldig nært Paddington station, der flytoget fra Heathrow kommer inn, og som er stasjon på mange av undergrunnslinjene. Mange hoteller av denne typen i området, og mange turistrestauranter og puber. Hotellet er nylig renovert, så rommene er fine. Men bygget er gammelt og har ikke heis, så det er langt å gå opp og ned til toppetasjen. En litt merkelig løsning med badene på rommene, som gjorde at det var mye støy, både fra vannrør og fra vifter. Frokosten kan du stå over, og heller spise på en av kafeene/pubene i området. Betjeningen er hyggelige. Alt i alt, helt greit, men ikke mer.

Et hotell med flott beliggenhet, men mangler noe på renhold. Spesielt hva gjelder daglig renhold/housekeeping. Dårlig frokost, men et ok hotell for korte opphold.

It met our basic needs, a bed for our heads and a bathroom…a very small bathroom that looked like and RV bathroom. But there was hot water for showers and a toilet and it met our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the close proximity to the underground metro was great. No lift, so use those legs and muscles to climb up the stairs with your luggage.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Omega. It's location is extremely convenient, a five minute walk to Paddington station and a ten minute walk in the opposite direction to Kensington Gardens. Around the corner are handy shops, pubs and restaurants. The staff were pleasant enough and helpful, the breakfast was filling (fruit, yoghurt, boiled egg, cereals, various breads/toast cheese/meats tea/coffee). One thing to watch out if you're not able bodied or have trouble with stairs there is no lift/elevator, I'm not sure there are enough staff to help with luggage either. I was upgraded to a double room, which I was grateful for, but it was still smaller than expected. I'm 5'10 and the bed and shower felt small, if you're of bigger stature you may struggle. My room was clean and more than serviceable, towels and sheets were changed daily, the wifi was strong and worked well. My room faced the street and was quite noisy so I was glad to have earplugs with me. I always bring earplugs to any new place I stay, because you just never know. Overall I would highly recommend this no-frills hotel for a night or two. You're not going to get pampered, but you'll get a clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed and hearty breakfast. I'll definitely be coming back. I used to stay at the trendy Pilgrim around the corner, but I got pretty much the same experience at the Omega for half the price. 1) Bring earplugs 2) Be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. Hope this review helps!

It was clean, small but just big enough for one person. One huge inconvenience- no lift and if your room is on the 4th floor like mine was it’s a hell of a climb. The staff on duty offered help to carry suitcases though. I walked so much in London that after I want able to go down and back up again for tea or coffee which is on the ground floor. Maybe top floor rooms should have these in the room. Good

No air conditioning!
There is no air conditioning so even with a simple 20 degrees celsius the room was too warm. The windows are very thin so noise of the night made it very hard to sleep. Staff very friendly and free breakfast was more than welcome

Each room is equipped with powerful fans to help alleviate the heat, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.Regarding the issue of street noise at night, we understand that our sash windows, which are a part of our historical building, may not provide the same level of sound insulation as modern windows. We are restricted by English heritage and listed building regulations in this regard. We had to rebook at the last minute and loved our week at the Omega. The bathroom is very small, but the beds are great, it's quiet, the staff are friendly, breakfast is plentiful and the location is extremely convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

The price was great for London. It was super close to the rail. Additionally, it was right next to the Hop on Hop off bus line. Just know this: the room is very small. The bathroom made me feel like I was in a camper/ RV. But, if you want high quality accommodations in London, you would spend much more. Next time I will probably splurge.

The hotel is clean, the room was fine, maybe the toilette feels a bit claustrophobic but it's functional. The hotel doesn't an elevator. Not an issue for me, but ask for a room at the lower floors if that is an issue for you. Breakfast was also all right, not the best but also not bad. Overall a pleasant stay.

Accueil gentil. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 min de la gare de Paddington et le métro. L’hôtel est dans une rue assez jolie, au milieu de plein d’autres hôtels. Nous avions la chambre 1 située au sous-sol avec une fenêtre qui donnait sur une courette. La chambre était toute petite et ressemblait à une cabine de bateau : il n’était pas possible de se croiser à 2 autour du lit, avec la porte de la salle de bain qui cognait sur le lit. Mais elle était propre. Le petit déjeuner a le mérite d’exister mais n’est pas fameux. Café ou thé sont proposés par la serveuse. Possibilité de demander des toasts mais c’est tout. Il y a un buffet assez restreint avec bun, jambon, fromages, yaourts, gâteau au chocolat, céréales, œuf dur et jus. Le plus : la situation géographique, la propreté Le moins: la taille de la chambre
