Nice hotel, perfect location. An alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, causing bad sleep. No excuse or compensation from the hotel. The ground floor bar has a lot of old men, and young women, making the place a bit tacky.

Alarm midt på natten
Alarm som hørtes ut som terroralarm gikk av kl.0155 på natta. Sjokkert stod jeg opp og prøvde å få tak i resepsjon. Først flere minutter senere og etter panikk hadde bredt seg blant flere fikk jeg tak i dem. Da hadde en annen gjest dusjet uten å lukket døren til badet, og brannalarm ble utløst. Ville forventet bedre kontroll før hele hotellet blir vekket av en rødblinkende høy sirene midt på natten.

In My opinion, this hotels trues hard to be a five stat hotel and almost make Iit. But, all the personell trying to be helpful feels a bit stressful. Borg the people at recetion and in the restaurant, not giving you time to finish your metal before hasting along to take the plates. We got a salighet upgrafe which was fine. But, at 1 am a cleaning lady bursted info our room when sleeping. At five am, a person from the connecting room, which we Discovery was unlocked, tumblrd in. Such horror should not take place at a five stat hotel. Maybe we erte unlucky, but be advised to secure the doorrs are safe. We might not return to this hotel hence we have never before experienced such incompetency in a five stat hotel before.

We had requested 3 rooms together and it was an horrendous experience waiting for the rooms to be arranged. Also, the rate for the twin connecting room was higher than the larger room. We believe the hotel OVERCHARGED us for the 3 rooms booked.. one for 5 nights and the other 2 for 3 nights each.

This property calls itself a 5 star hotel. We were grossed out with this hotel. Upon check in I asked for a room upgrade. Mentioned in advance via email that I had an allergy to carpets. They did not change my room. In fact upon check in I was told by Jon that I was getting a new room with new carpet. The room was in a congested smoking area. The carpet was so dirty and old. looked like 200 years of people have trampled through there. It retained a terrible smell and the windows were locked. You can't get any air. I coughed and choked every night. I tried to get another hotel but because it was last minute the prices to stay anywhere else was tripled. When I called and asked to be changed they never returned my calls or when they finally did they said they are fully booked, I am back home in Canada and my allergies have gone crazy. Furthermore the hotel gives you 2 free drinks in the lounge. I went to the lounge and ordered water before deciding what I want and the staff were too rude. Apparently this bar is known for working girls,. I will never recommend this dirty disgusting hotel to anyone who is paying top dollar. This hotel is misleading as it's truly a 2 star hotel.
