Its a serviceable accommodation and located close to a London Overground Train stop which makes traveling around the city convenient. There were a bunch of repairs taking place and the fire alarm kept going off. On Saturday their kitchen got very busy so they just kind of gave up on room service and wouldn't take any calls, so don't buy breakfast in advance you might not get it.. The hotel staff was the biggest issue. Nobody was out right rude but most of the staff were aloof or distracted. It was like they all had something they would rather be doing than helping their gusts. Maybe their understaffed or something.

I stayed before at the Harbour Hotel. They did some soft renovation to their inventory, they still need to level the aminites to the 5 starr pre-requisites such as aminites specific to the bath tub. Other than that a clean and nice place to stay ... Will do it again n again

Amazing experience at Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa! 5* on all bar the condition of the property and this is only reduced to 4* because the steam room was not working in the men’s changing rooms, which for a spa hotel we were a tad disappointed. But aside from that, we had a lovely time and the staff were all lovely! Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful with excellent amenities the disappointing part was the staff , not very friendly at all. Ordered room service which came incorrectly and had to wait a time for it to be corrected. Would have been nicer if the staff were more welcoming .

The food options (except for the breakfast) are severely limited. Not appropriate for a hotel that should be ranked higher than it is.

Great room - shame about the rest
Room was spacious & clean but service in the hotel bar was very poor. We had to wait ages for someone to take our drinks order, despite going to the bar to remind them we were there. Two of the three draft beers were not available & then there was no gas so no draft beer at all. The bottled beer I chose as an alternative was also unavailable. We ordered some ‘truffle mixed nuts’ but they brought truffle fries. When we sent these back we were told they didn’t have any of the truffle mix nuts. At check in we were told that the bar was open until 11pm. We returned to the hotel after dinner at just before 10.55pm for a nightcap only to be told the bar was closed. We were told if we wanted a drink we had to order room service. At breakfast our table was dirty, we coffee stains & crumbs from the previous occupants. There were no spoons for cereal & no butter knives.

Nice and comfortable
Stayed here for work, as I’m a Gold member I did manage to upgrade even without asking they gave me a suite. Unfortunately there was a wedding on and the noise was too loud. Mohit at reception was really nice and gave me another room away from the noise. The room was even bigger, bed was comfortable and had everything I needed. The use of the pool and gym/sauna was good, however the sauna needs a refurb and the steam has been out of order for 5+ months from speaking to members. Overall was good stay

Suspicious card charges weeks after stay
Hotel wasn't too bad but something dodgy with the payments there. I was over charged / not giving a discount for the meal even though hotels com showed I was entitled to 20% off. I'm still chasing this discount nearly 8 weeks later and to add salt to the wounds they charged me 23gbp yesterday out of the blue . The cite a clerical error but I would be cautious staying in this place and pay cash if possible

A relaxing spa break in London
The location is surrounded by peaceful settings. Excellent attention to detail. Marina view suite was spacious and well equipped with toiletries and amenities. Was made to feel extra special for my birthday. Spa area was a little small but adequate and relaxing. Food was satisfactory. Service was outstanding with friendly attentive staff in all areas. Overall an outstanding hotel

It’s in a very good and safe area, but there isn’t much to do around. You will drive or seek a cab for just about anything that you do. On average the cab rides will be around 20 min to get to Westminister and Soho and about 40 min to get to Kensington for example. Check in times are late (3 pm) and in our case the room was not ready for another hour. Would not recommend

We decided to stay in London for 4 nights & include new years eve.Although it was way out of our price range we chose to use our work bonuses to push the boat out for a one off stay as a well earned treat and chose the chelsea harbour hotel.We had to wait an hour for our room..told it was cleaned but waiting for inspection..there was others too & some who had flown in ,already had a long journey ,now waiting for their rooms.Not offered a drink whilst we waited ,with numerous staff members asking if we was waiting to check in.As well as the same member of staff noticing us still waiting and obviously had forgot about us. We was then told we could have drinks vouchers as an apology for the delay.Fair enough but cut a long story short..we as gusests should not have to keep going to reception to ask for our vouchers.(4 times) Quite embarrassing to go for breakfast each morning and give our room number and be told breakfast is not included in your stay..it was! The guy on the 1st morning even asked us to wait whilst he checked at reception.So why was this not corrected on our 1st morning.No..we had the same embarrassment every morning.Being a 5star, i would like to see some dress code.. people in the restaurant with pyjamas on and our last morning a lady in her dressing gown.The staff seemed to concentrate on particular guests.To be honest,we've had better service abroad staff let it down for our experience but a lovelyhotel
