Veldig god beliggenhet, fint hotell og hyggelig staff. Frokosten var skuffende. Manglet smør, glutenfritt brød ++. Dette kom heller ikke frem etter flere forespørsler.

Fint hotell godt plassert midt i London. Hyggelig betjening. Gode store rom i god kvalitet, men viser litt tegn på at det er noen år siden de pusset opp, uten at det trekker mye ned, litt lyd fra gate nivå hvis du er veldig var på lyd. Rene bad kanskje litt små hvis du er en stor person. Frokost er helt ok, men ikke mye å skryte av, har det meste men kvaliteten på maten er standard. Hyggelig betjening. Beliggenhet er super. veldig sentralt og en god gate for herrer som er ute etter en høykvalitets dress.

Eldre og ærverdig hotell. Ligger super sentralt. Men ikke mye value for money. Slitt og ikke verdt pengene. Dårlig frokost for oss med allergi som gluten og laktose.

An outdated ripoff!
I had viewed the previous feedback before booking and was a bit sceptical, but location was key and I thought booking a suite would give us a good experience, but no it did not! Airport transportation was booked, but I was left waiting for almost an hour with two small children. I arrived at the hotel late at night just to find out that my room was not ready, having to wait almost two hours before we could go to sleep, having to change room in the process. No excuses could make up for this experience. The Breakfast was poor as well as mentioned previously by other guests. poor. Also the lift only goes to the 14th floor, you have to walk the stairs to the 15th floor without air conditioning. The view from the 15th floor is the only thing this hotel has to offer.

Meget bra beliggenhet og fine rom. Særdeles dårlig frokost trakk dessverre mye ned. Lang ventetid og dårlig utvalg av pålegg. Bestilte omelett som kom 20 minutter etter. Underbemannet, så jeg syntes synd på personalet. Dette rimer ikke med den høye prisen, så jeg velger et annet hotell ved neste besøk til London.

Veldig fornøyd
Vi feiret vår bryllupsdag her, og det var beste service fra vi kom til vi reiste . Rommet var pyntet med roseblader og vin stod klar oppi en bøtte med isbiter. I resepsjonen var det en egen disk med folk som hjalp oss med alt som hadde med transport å gjøre, og spørsmål om beliggenhet til severdigheter osv. Der var kort vei til musicalområdet.

Location, helpful staff, Ahmed was wonderful. Rugs could be replaced or a deep cleaning. Walls are thin and could hear the person next door sneezing. Area Construction was a bit annoying in the am.
