Really lovely hotel. Absolutely loved the staff and location. Rooms were nice and clean. Did have a little trouble with noise of the people above us late into the night. It’s an old hotel so walking above was really loud at times. Otherwise we really had a perfect stay!

I stayed here for a vacation with my family and had a fantastic time. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very comfortable, with lots of nice little details (great decor, cookies, bottled water replaced daily etc.) The staff were kind and helpful. The location is excellent, with a metro station and across the street and the Natural History and Victoria and Albert museums is walking distance. I was was very happy that I picked this hotel and it would be my first choice for any future trips to London.

next door to the underground station. Only 4 stops from central London. Nice and clean deluxe room. Breakfast expensive £22.50 pp. The usual breakfast items, nothing special. The items on offer were of a good quality. Do not really cater for gluten free guests. Only offered gluten free white bread! At this price, should also offer gluten free cereal, buffins etc. The eggs & bacon were excellent plus the fruit and yougurt. Tea terrible; one tea bag in a large teapot.

We had a great stay at the Bailey‘s. Our Delux Room was as nice and clean as depicted on the fotos and the staff especially at the door very friendly and ready to help. The location of the hotel was great. We liked that we were directly opposite the Glouchester Road Station with a few restaurants around but that it wasn‘t noisy. We‘ld like to come again.

Very professional staff, very pleasant and eminently approachable - we were made to feel very welcome! We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!
