Dette var første gang vi benyttet dette hotellet. Og vi kommer til å bruke det igjen. Forholdsvis stort rom til å være London, rent og fint. Bra frokost og hyggelig barområde, så dette hotellet kan anbefales.

Helt OK
Sentral beliggenhet, med gåavstand til det meste. Vi bodde på standard tomannsrom - Veldig harde senger og liten plass. Til prisen vi betalte for 5 netter jeg er mest skuffet over servicen. På frokosten ble vi glemt første dag, ventet 30min på brød og kaffe. Vi skulle bestille roomservice og personalet skjønte ikke hva vi ville.. kommer nok ikke til å bo her igjen.

Decent hotel in great location
Nice hotel, but the rooms are a little worn. Was supposedly upgraded to a better room (had booked a standard double), which was a nice gesture. The room I got was still pretty small, so I can only imagine how tiny the one I booked was. It says online that the gym is open 24h, but it closed at 9pm and had to be booked in advance, which I found out at 9:15pm… Breakfast was excellent.

Ekstremt god service fra conciergen. Under middels i resepsjonen. Innsjekk tok ca. 15 minutter fordi resepsjonisten ikke forstod at fornavnet var et fornavn, selv om han hadde passet. Vakkert resepsjonsområde, men veldig små rom. God beliggenhet.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet, ok frokost
Et ganske fint hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet. Det mest skuffende var frokosten. Syns ikke kaffen var noe god, dårlig brødutvalg og generelt ganske få alternativer. Det var også noen irriterende vifter utenfor vinduene, til og med i 5. etasje, men ellers ikke noe å klage på. Veldig bra service og rent hotell. Litt lite treningsrom, men det har det du trenger, bare ikke mye av det. Anbefaler egentlig, men bare noen småting som kunne vært bedre.

Fint hotell
Vi hadde et stort rom med plass til 1 ekstra seng i tillegg til stor dobbelseng. Fint bad med godt med håndkler og toalettsaker. God frokost som vi betalte ekstra for. Fin beliggenhet i gaten ved British museum. Enkelt å komme rundt til serverdigheter og Oxford Street. Rask inn- og utsjekk, men tok litt tid da vi skulle oppbevare baggasje. Enkelt å bruke virituell vert («Edward») via mobilen vår. Vi brukte den til feks å få ny fjernkontroll. Vi skrev melding til Edward, fikk svar med én gang og fjernkontrollen ble levert veldig raskt.

Flott hotell midt i hjerte av ulike attraksjoner
Koselig hotell m ypprlige ansatte. Storkoste oss m god frokost, m stort utvalg, hver dag! Hotellet har gang-avstand til mange ulike,kjente attraksjoner..noe for enhver smak!! Virkelig ett sted jeg gjerne kommer tilbake til!

Vårt opphold
Vi hadde snakket med hotellet før vi annkom og blitt fortalt at det skulle gå fint med tidlig innsjekking. Vi annkom hotellet kl 13, 2 timer før vanlig innsjekking, men rommet var ikke klart selvom de hadde sagt at vi skulle få ha det fra kl 12. Først kl 15:15 var rommet klart, og dette var 15 minutter etter normal innsjekking. Rommet var lite, og sengen veldig smal til 2 personer. Det bar også preg av dårlig rengjøring da det var blodflekker på toalettet.

Fint hotell som ligger veldig sentralt i London
Hotellet er i fin stand og har veldig fin beliggenhet, rett i nærheten av Tottenham Court Road. Rommet var litt i det minste laget for to personer, men ellers var det greit.

Fint hotell i sentrum
Veldig bra opphold. Lite, men fint rom.
