Would not recommend this hotel
Make sure you read the reviews before choosing this hotel. The room was way too expensive considering the standard, it was extremely small and had no window (make sure you check this, we didn't notice while booking). I thought only hostels had rooms with no windows. The heat alarm went off every morning, which made the air condition not working most of the time, it was very warm and humid in the room because of this. They told us it doesn't usually happen that often, but i can tell from the reviews that it does. We found so much hair in the bed and in the bathroom, it seems that they only wiped over surfaces and not cleaned very well in the bathroom. There was also mold in the shower, it doesn't get like that unless you don't really clean. I don't believe that the high user ratings for this hotel are real. You can find a cheaper, better hotel more central than this.

Fint opphold.
Bodde 3 netter på hotellet. Fint og moderne, liten god frokost med frokostblanding, croissanter og frukt. Veldig lytt fra koridior, hørte alle som gikk i gangen. Badet så ikke ut som det var rengjort annet enn vask og toalett, hår i dusjen, og oppetter veggene flekker og skjit i hjørnene på badet. Hotellet har god beliggenhet, kort vei til Earls Court, hvor du enkelt kan ta undergrunnen til hvor som helst.

Don't stay here
The humudierfier alarm kept going off, so the AC did not work most of the time, because they had to turn off the AC when the alarm went off. 2 of 4 nights we were woken in the middle of the night, and it got so hot in the small room that it was difficult to sleep. The room was also very small without windows, and the shower had almost no pressure. I do not recomend staying here.

Noen forbedringsmuligheter
På tross av at vi i Hotels.com hadde bestilt og betalt for 6 rom med vindu, var samtlige rom uten vindu og med bare en liten skylight i taket. Når rommene også var svært små gave det en litt klaustrofobisk følelse. Vi tok opp med hotellet at vi på Hotels.com hadde kjøpt og betalt for rom med vindu, men de påstod at den bestillingen de hadde fått fra Expedia var rom med skylight. Dessuten hadde de heller ingen andre alternativer ledig så vi aksepterte motvillig. Frokosten var enkel, men OK selv om det ble svært trangt i resepsjonsområdet når mange gjester skulle spise frokost rundt om på små bord, barkrakker og sofaer og hva det ellers måtte finnes av sitteplasser. Hotellet gav generelt inntrykk av å være rent, men spesielt området rundt døren til badet hadde åpenbart ikke vært vasket eller støvsugd på svært lenge. Betjeningen var hyggelige, og hjelpsomme. Det var til god hjelp da vi daglig måtte spørre etter håndklær fordi de enten manglet eller vi bare hadde fått ett håndkle til et dobbeltrom.

Bad experience
1. The rooms were clearly advertised as having windows. No pictures in the ad showed rooms without windows, nor did they indicate the size of those rooms. 2. When rooms without windows are assigned, there must be a functioning air conditioner. The ventilation in Room 109 and 051 worked less than a third of the time during our stay, making it impossible to sleep in the room. 3. We asked multiple receptionists to fix it a total of 3 times on Saturday; once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. They told us we would be given a new room from Sunday to Monday, but nothing was done. 4. An alarm went off non-stop in our room at 3am, when we had to get up at 7am, which was the icing on the cake for a horrible experience at the hotel.

Decent room and nice staff
The room was small, but it has all the amenities that was needed. It’s not a hotel room where you are supposed to spend a long time there. Was missing some cleaning staff that cleaned the room. The breakfast was a bit too simple, some pastries and cornflakes. Could use some varieties.

A good shelter
OK, clean hotel, but terribly small rooms without any free space - not for a chair, a desk or for layng a suitcase flat. No wardrobe or shelves for clothes. The bathroom is also extremely narrow. The breakfast is OK, but only with boiled, cold eggs and a rather small selection of food. Staff is friendly. No cleaning of the room during a two-night stay.

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Das beste war die Lage und die Anbindung. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Lage war auch sehr ruhig und schön. Man sollte Hausschuhe mitbringen und ggf. ein weiteres Handtuch, da es pro Person nur ein Badehandtuch gibt. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr klein, aber für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Wer lange Zeit im Hotel bleiben möchte, für den ist dieses Hotel aber nichts.

Die Zimmer waren zwar etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Es war sauber und das Personal war wirklich freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die U-Bahn Station ist etwa. 8-10min vom Hotel entfernt. Auf dem Weg kommt man an einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorbei.

They dont clean the room but every three days. Thay dont empty the trash or pickup used towells. The room is 94 square feet. There is no closet . There is not sufficent space to hang garments . There is no table for engaging in business while on mobile or desk to sit a computer on. Not an enhoyable experience.

The hotel was nice but smaller than expected. There’s no big enough storage/wardrobe to have most of your stuff out of your luggage so just be mindful if you have a couple luggages. The location was great! It was a 7-8 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and from there it’s really easy to go to any touristic sites. Also the hotel is close to many restaurants, fast-food and a grocery store. The staff was amazing they were really sweet and welcoming and were always available. Last thing, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly it was always hot in our room especially at night. The couples of days I spend there, every night I woke up in the middle of the night to make sure that it was turned on because it was too hot in the room.

Loved the place, the food, the staff! Everything was perfect! We had a problem with the sink in our room, we let them know and they got it fixed the second! They helped us when we needed! I recommend this hotel!

Super gelegen, im Umkreis sind drei Underground Stationen innerhalb von 6-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht groß, aber für eine Städtereise durchaus ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Unheimlich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Beim Frühstück fehlte MIR vielleicht mal etwas Rührei oder was Herzhaftes, dafür war aber das Obst, Joghurt und Cerealien angeboten in kleinen Schälchen oder Gläschen richtig clever und gut!!

Excellent breakfast though I recommend just paying instead of opting if you’re only there from a few days it is very clean and the area around is very clean with only a few seedy individuals as well as plenty of pubs to try also only a 10 minute walk to the tube

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit guter Frühstücksauswahl. Zentral gelegen. Nächste U-Bahn Station 10 min zu Fuss ist Earls Court. Die Zimmer sind wie bereits beschrieben etwas klein, für einen Stadttripp aber ausreichend und modern eingerichtet. Gereinigt wird jeden 3 Tag, wird aber vorher auch so kommuniziert. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
