Greit opphold
Rommet var mindre enn fremstilt. Mye bråk selvom de reklamerer for lydisolerte rom så hørte man veldig mye lyder. Vi mistet først varmt vann også mistet vi vannet helt i flere timer. Frokosten var grei men ikke noe spesielt bra mat. Aircondition justerte seg selv ned flere ganger slik at det ble veldig om nettene. Beliggenheten var veldig bra med kort vei til undergrunn, togstasjon og buss.

Hadde et veldig bra opphold her, med utrolig god service. Da det viste seg at det var lekkasje på rommet vårt pga mengder regn, hadde vi nytt (og bedre) rom innen 5 minutter - uten videre spørsmål. Helt topp! God frokost, meget hyggelig staff, kort vei til sentrum med kollektivt og kort vei til hyggelig tur gjennom Hyde Park. Booker definitivt her igjen ved neste tur til London!

Forferdelig lite rom. Fikk så vidt åpnet kofferten på gulvet. Et skap på rommet som var fylt med kjøleskap, safe, kaffemaskin/vannkoker så gikk ikke an å legge fra seg klær inni der heller… Vond og liten seng! Trakk veldig kaldt fra vinduene… Møkkete vinduskarm, veldig møkkete teppegulv, samt fant søppel på gulvet ved ankomst. Ingen toalettbørste på badet heller. God frokost til tross for liten frokost sal, hyggelig betjening!

Noe rot ved innsjekk, vi kom sent og fikk beskjed om at de hadde hatt en hendelse med brann og etterforskning, som gjorde at de ikke hadde rom til oss den første natten. De ville ikke fortelle noe mer om dett og vi følte oss dårlig informert. Vi ble sendt til et annet hotell, til et trangt rom med en ventilasjon så bråkete at vi ikke fikk sove. Neste dag måtte vi sjekke ut der og bruke tid på å reise tilbake til hotellet for å forsøke å sjekke inn på nytt. Da fikk vi bedre service, oppgradert rom og resten av oppholdet oppleves hotellet som forventet.

Sentralt, i forhold til offentlig kommunikasjon. Standarden på hotellet og størrelsen på fellesområder og rom er betydelig mindre, trangere og mer slitent enn på bildene i annonsen. Mulig dette er felles for mange hoteller i London, men vær oppmerksom på dette. Resepsonen var proffesjonell og hyggelig. Vi hadde en uenighet om bestillt rom og faktisk rom type/kategori og størrelse, dette ble etter hvert håndtert på en god tilfredsstillende måte. Vi er fornøyd med opphold og service.

Fin beliggenhet i rolig strøk
Fikk først et håpløst, trangt rom som ikke stemte med beskrivelsene. Heldigvis mulig å bytte. Rommet ganske lite og litt skjevt gulv langs veggen slik at den ene sengen stod litt på skjeve, for øvrig helt fint opphold. Stille og rolig selv om rommet vendte mot gaten.

Helt greit hotell ved Paddington
Hotellprisene i London er som de er, men synes dette hotellet er overpriset. Fikk et knøttlite rom i 3 etg. i en del av bygningen der det ikke er heis. Dette sa de ingenting om ved innsjekk, og brukte unødvendig lang tid for å finne rommet. Når jeg tok heisen opp i 3. etg var altså det helt feil da rommet lå i andre enden av bygningen. Dyr og helt ordinær frokost. Service helt på det jevne uten noe spesielt å trekke frem. Velger nok et annet hotell neste gang.

Strålende fornøyd!
Fantastisk hotell i denne prisklassen! Eksepsjonell service og veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig enkelt å finne fram, og i nærheten av Paddington stasjon. Renholdet var veldig bra, daglig roomservice, kjempefint bad og behagelige senger. Eneste minuset er at det er litt lytt mellom rommene og ut til gangen. Men dette har vi oppleve på alle hotell vi har vært på i London.
