Small room, quiet location.
Our room was smallish. The double bed was only accessible from one side. The room had a small desk and a wardrobe where the tea kettle was. The bathroom and the fridge had strange smells, mould? The room had a well functioning air conditioner. The location was in a quiet street close to the tube station. The staff was friendly.

Disappointed
Positives: Centrally located 5-10 min walk from Paddington station, friendly front desk staff, cheap. Negatives: Internet did not work, room was tiny (and located in the basement), furniture old and worn (and no bedside table), not well cleaned, paper-thin walls so you can hear everything from the nearby rooms and hallway, only one elevator in the hotel. If you expect a regular four star hotel you will be disappointed.

Supert hotell. Kort vei til Paddington stasjon + busslinjer. Valgte å ikke spise frokost på hotellet, da det ligger en rekke bra brunsj-steder i nærheten, med lekre frokoster! Betalte100-200kr i oppgradering og fikk et rom på 2 etasjer:) Ikke noe negativt å si om oppholdet. God service, gode senger. Sentralt.

Skuffende hotell
Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Rommet var betydelig mindre enn antatt, men det er vanlig i London. Aircondition virket ikke på rommet, den begynte plutselig å virke tredje natten, ca rundt 05.30. Rommet bar preg av til dels dårlig renhold, og sengetøy ble ikke skiftet i løpet av mitt opphold der. Ble også belastet ca 120£ mer i forkant av oppholdet enn det bestillingen tilsa. Ellers ligger hotellet helt greit til. Ca 5 minutter gange til t-banen hvor man kan ta Bakerloo, Circle eller District line.

Grei beliggenhet, dårlig renhold
Bestilte Deluxe rom med utsikt over byen. Utsikten var rett inn i veggen til naboen, badet var det minste jeg har vært på noen gang og rommet var også mye mindre enn forventet. Dette kunne vært ok nok hadde det ikke vært for manglende renhold. Støvet lå tykt flere steder både på rom og bad. Har bodd på mange ulike hotell i London og dette var det værste. Eneste pluss er beliggenhet og enkelte av de ansatte var hyggelige.

Koselig besetning, men rommet vi hadde var lite. Badet var også veldig lite, mye støy i gangene ettersom det var forholdsvis lytt. Fin beliggenhet.

Vi hadde eit fint opphold. Blei ombooket til hotellet ettersom vår opprinnelige booking viste seg å ikkje fungere. Vi hadde booka ei leilighet, men det blei eit rom i stedet. Personalet var litt usikre på å hjelpe oss med offentlig transport i byen, spesielt når vi skulle tilbake til Gatwick søndag morgon.

Location, location, location! Stuff is friendly and accommodating. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Only concern was the size of the room. In case you are an over 6 feet couple, you might consider another option. No space for baggage in the room, we had to keep our stuff on the bed. Relatively, small bed for two tall people. Ok, for overnight but not for a long stay.

The property was convenient for Paddington station and local restaurants. The staff were excellent. The hotel room was small enough but the bathroom, at a total length of 5ft 6" and narrow enough to bang ones elbows against the shower cubicle on one side of the sink and the wall on the other, was claustrophobic.
