The concierge at this property is amazing. She made every effort to assure myself and especially my children were well looked after. This is without exaggeration my favourite hotel in London. We will always choose Nobu Shoreditch when visiting London.

Amazing hotel, lovely ambience and super clean rooms. Would recommend the premium room for extra space and storage. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! Nobu cafe does great food.

Wonderful property that is in a vibrant part of London and just a 30 min walk distance to the Emirates Stadium. Lovely room with an excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from staff, beautiful room aesthetic, good dining options. Finish within the rooms didn’t feel as high end as nearby hotels with a similar price point e.g. 100 Shoreditch, but still a lovely stay regardless!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nobu Shoreditch.We traveled with our pre teen daughters, the really enjoy the japanese theme and tea at the bar. Clean and quiet hotel in the center of trendy Shoreditch. Great restaurants, stores and market within walking distance. Great front staff, corteous and friendly. Nina, Chris, the other ladies and guys that forgot their names were all incredible, cheeers, thank you for doing our stay so pleasant.

Exquisite from beginning to end. I had a lovely stay. I made use of almost all hotel facilities and was very pleased with all. Hotel made special effort for my birthday with cake in room and a gift from the spa which was a nice surprise. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive to all my needs. Their response time to any query or requests was impeccably fast! The room was large, spacious with a walk-in closet, sofa bed, bathtub / shower. Exceeded my expectations size wise for sure. The hotel and room were pretty dark, lights only adjusted to a dim lighting at its highest and the hallways / lift were really dark too as many others have noted. But that would be the only downside and given everything else which was perfect, I didn’t mind so much. Thank you Nobu.

Decidedly average. The room was nothing special. Small, dark, and with a terrible view looking into an alley. No coffee in the room either. Breakfast was absolutely bizarre, possibly the worst I’ve experienced. Small, with weird choices, and not great quality. Overall nothing felt 5 star about the place.

Property was really modern, clean and great location. Nobu Bar was incredible. Service at times was not what initially expected. Had to call services 4 times to clean dirty that was in our room The level of noise generated by other rooms at inappropriate hours was awful. You can hear everything through the walls. No security to check rooms when they are playing loud music at 6am.

Such a disappointment
Such a disappointing experience. While the premises are gorgeous, the tiny room (a city view sixth floor room), it’s bad design (narrow with different rooms for a wardrobe/hallway and tiny bathroom), 11pm cut off for room service (I have NEVER experienced this in a 5* hotel), terrible lighting, tinted bathroom mirror - all made for a pretty average stay. The bed was large and comfortable, however. No English tea-making facility in the room and the cheap little mini-fridge - the sort you pickup for £40 from Amazon - was noisy and an aircon outlet dripped on to my partner’s side of the bed constantly. We couldn’t wait to get out of there and back to Euston station - and that’s saying something! The much lauded city view is probably the worst aspect on the city with none of the most famous landmarks and skyscrapers visible from our room (616).
