Hotellet er flott, vi brukte ingen av fasilitetene, disse måtte bookes og vi liker å ikke måtte planlegge på ferie. Restauranten nede var veldig hyggelig med god mat, mens den oppe, var dyr og maten ble for spesiell for oss.

Utrolig fornøyd med service på hotellet , personalet , det eneste som ødela oppholdet var frokosten på toppetasjen .. ikke verd pengene 260kr ca... man bør heller spise frokost ut ..

The pool was overly chlorinated to the point where it hurt your eyes. Room wasn’t properly stocked and the robe in the room was dirty. Room was mostly sound proof except for hearing the shower from the room above. Property was clean and great location.

Lovely hotel, great location to London city. Breakfast good options including for gluten free and vegan. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Top floor bar/restaurant with great views and outside seating.

Excellent hotel overall. Fantastic bed and pillows, slept like I was dead. The room is spacious and comfy, good shower and amenities. Didn’t like the touchpad controls in the room which were horribly unresponsive. Drinks were quite pricey and we had some confusion at the breakfast where we were served a half meat half vegetarian dish, which wasn’t ideal. Overall very good.

My sister and I stayed for 3 days in April. The staff is utterly stellar, they enhanced our stay immensely and were very kind! They exemplified the standard of service that was unparalleled and we will be back. Special thanks and kudos to Daniel, wonderful ambassador for the hotel and an exemplary team member!

Service and staff were truly outstanding. Good value for the pruc3, however this is not really a five star hotel. It was full of little annoyances due to poor interior design. Light switches in inconvenient places, separate buttons for each elevators, front doible doors that are just a tad too close to one another. Similarly, excellent breakfast for the price, but not five star. Spa and gym are clean and functional.

Staff excellent. Rooms pretty good but starting to look a bit shabby. Spa is not a spa - it’s a small pool and a confined waiting area for treatments. Not sure if it was that particular weekend, but it looked like the cast of TOWIE had all checked in!! Not a bad experience, but not a great one either. Wouldn’t return.
