Praktisk og vennlig hotell
Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige gjennom hele oppholdet, det var stille og rolig på rommet og rent og pent. Beliggenheten var fin med lett adgang til kollektivtransport og alt fungerte flott for storbyferie der vi ikke først og fremst oppholdte oss på hotellrommet, men sov der.

Meget hyggelig betjening. En noe masete frokost, kunne gjerne servert litt mer pålegg og frukt. Gjerne fjernet bacon, for det der har ikke noe med kjøtt å gjøre. Hotellet ligger i nærheten av t-bane og distrikts tog. Kort vei med kollektiv til London sentrum. Området rundt hotellet har mange bra restauranter og butikker.

Grei lokasjon, slitent hotell, kaos ved frokosten
Positivt personale i resepsjonen. Grei lokasjon på hotellet, med 8-10 minutters gange til nærmeste undergrunn. Rent rom, men hotellet var likevel noe slitent. Klassisk britisk med relativt skitne tepper i trappene. Kaldt golv på badet. Kaos ved frokosten i helgen. Personalet greide ikke å fylle på med ny mat tidsnok og heller ikke rydde bord.

Friendly, but...
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is quiet, but not much more than just another place to sleep. Bad WiFi. Be early for breakfast since muffins, croissants and even eggs could be gone if you are late.

Nice stay
Nice room, but a bit small as we were 2 adults and 2 kids. The air-condition was effective and nice to have in our room. We did not hear any traffic outside, slept well at nights. The breakfast-area was very overcrowded, it is important to be there early if you don’t want it to be too busy and noisy. Overall a nice stay, I’d like to come back!

Hotellet var fint oppusset,men frukost’en var ikkje noe maten var god men manglet bestikk, smør,syltetøy ja det meste å var fryklig grisete... over alt på bord,gulv å der du hentet maten ! Renhold på rom på dagtid var Ok,vasket ikkje vårt bad hver dag.

Fint hotell
Enkelt å komme seg til buss og undergrunn. Hjelpsomt personal som vil ditt beste! Området der hotellet ligger ser helt greit ut med gå avstand til matbutikk og noen spisesteder. Vi følte det var veldig trygt å gå gatelangs der selv når det ble mørkt. Det var godt utvalg på frokosten. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med hotellopplevelsen!

The hotel and its staff are fine and it provides good value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable and even though it looked out onto the main road noise was not an issue. However the surrounding area is a bit flaky and both underground stations are about ten minutes walk away.

Cleaning and room quality fine. However, although i requested a quiet room and told before check-in that i will get an annex room, got a room facing the main street. Result was an interrupted sleep and constant road noise. This was corrected after complaining the next morning but still one night lost. Breakfast good but coukd use some variety especially in hot options. Breakfast staff extremely friendly.

We stayed in room 416 it was very small for us. The bathroom was very small. The door was to close and for the toilet. We did not like it. Never again.
