Its a Nice Classic English styled hotell, with good food and a Nice staff. If you wanna travel as a couple its perfect, but its a minus if you have kids with (one adult has to share room then) perhaps there is an solution. But all in all its very nice. Its a good walk to nearest underground.

Good hotel
Fantastic service from staff. Keep in mind this is an older Hilton hotell an it starts to show a bit of wear and tear in the rooms and hallways. But the breakfast resturant and reseption area is nice. Good service by the breakfast staff and where quick on the heel to help out my wife and kid with theyr allergi requests. Little bit disappointed that the bar crew couldn't accommodate requests for world known drinks like the White Russian or make the Mojito correct. But all in all a nice stay and we could easily book tht hotel at another time.

Dårlig opplevelse!!!
Det var en dårlig opplevelse fra første omgang! Toalett fungerte ikke, vi byttet rom flere ganger og de dobbelt trukket kortet mitt! Hele opplevelsen var forferdelig! Første gang jeg opplevde sånne!

Klassisk eldre Hilton hotell med teppe på gulv. Var nok fint i sin tid, men ganske slitt og ikke tatt vare på. Fortsatt et helt ok hotell. men visst du ønsker luksus er kanskje et annet hotell å anbefale.

Slitt hotell nær Olympia London
Slitt hotell som har fin beliggenhet til Olympia konferansesenter. Rommet lå i 8 etasje og man måtte igjennom labyrint av ganger og opp et par trapper i tillegg. Tynne vegger, sengen var sliten og lite bad med badekar. Greit nok for et par netter, men føltes overpriset.

Helt ok, men noen småting
Hotellet er fint i fellesområder og helt ok på rommet men litt slitt. Sliter med gamle, trege heiser og kaldt vann i dusj på en dag ved fullt hotell. Bygget er gammelt og det merkes nok dessverre. Hadde ventet mer av et Hilton hotell. Men rent og pent ellers og helt ok.

Fint opphold i Kensington
Vi hadde en familiehelg. To tilstøtende rom ble fikset ved å ringe til hotellet i forveien. God service og informasjon ved ankomst. Flott frokost og god service både ved frokost og i bar på kveld. Rommene bærer preg av alder, men godt renhold gir pluss. Ventilasjon bråker så den skrur du av på natten. Fin beliggenhet med kort vei til buss samt Kensington området. Anbefales.

The hotel was nice, but lacked attention to detail. Dirty behind the desks and in less visible areas. There were very limited usb charging options and no outlets near the bed. The shower was odd and difficult to use without getting water everywhere. Overall an ok stay, but won't be back.

Les personnes de l'accueil ne sont pas accueillantes, pas un bonjoir, ni un sourir lors de notre arrivée. Ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. En revanche, le reste du personnel est très sympathique et disponible ! Les parties communes sont propres et sympas, les chambres le sont moins, meubles abîmés, lampes cassées, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Il serait opportun de les rafraîchir et d'avoir une douche à la place de la baignoire !
