Gammel eleganse i Bayswater
Meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme personale. Full English frokost mot tillegg. Ligger i en rolig sidegate til Bayswater road. Kun 2-3 minutter fra Queensway tbanestasjon. Rommene er små, og det var ingen stol på mitt rom. Det var noe forvirrende å finne fram i gangene med trapper, ganger og hjørner . Heisen har plass til 2 personer med kofferter.

Uhøflig personal og dårlig hotellrom..
Et gammelt hotell med bra beliggenhet. Rommet var nesten ubehagelig lite, sengen var ukomfortabel og hard, putene var flate og harde. Det trakk fra vinduet og det var mugg i vinduskarmen. Badet var veldig slitent og fugene skitne. Det fløy også en del dyr rundt der selv om det var desember. Noen av de ansatte i resepsjon var frekke og uhøflige når vi trengte hjelp pga en misforståelse mellom Hotels.com og hotellet ang frokost. Alt i alt en meget dårlig opplevelse. At dette hotellet har 4 stjerner er en vits!

Nope, next hotel please!
Nope. I would not recommend this to anyone else heading to London. It’s so dated, the staff never smiled, but seemed more annoyed to see you. It’s dirty, cramped, the grout was missing in the bathroom, the tiles were loose and the carpet?! God, clean it or get rid of it! The room ‘fell apart’. If everything else is booked in London stay here, if not spend your money somewhere else and please add a bit extra to your budget.
Missing grout.
Dirty lamps.
Dirty carpets.

Hva jeg oppfatter som god gammel engelsk klassisk stil. Små rom, men det er som vanlig i London. Stilig bar og stilig salong ved resepsjonen. Bra renhold og hyggelig personale.

Renhold var helt OK. Rommene er veldig små, i hvertfall om man bor i 7.etg. Frokosten ikke spesielt imponerende. Personalet meget vennlige og serviceinnstilte.

Sengetøy og håndklær flekkete. Vi fikk hotellrom i kjelleren. Service var gjennomsnitt. Kan være at vi hadde hatt en bedre opplevelse med et annet rom, men jeg vil ikke bruke dette hotellet igjen.

Fint oppholdsrom, ok betjening. Lite bad, men alt en trengte. Ett av de større 1manns rommene jeg har sett i London. Frokosten var god, men enkel. Billigere å betale frokosten på forhånd!! Senga var grei å ligge i, men hvorfor må den være så høy? Elsker at det var nær Hyde Park, 2 ungerunns baner og Nothing Hill

Ok hotell - perfekt plassering
Helt greit hotell, synes ikke at det tilsvarer er 4 stjerners hotell men funker veldig fint for er par dager. Rommet i underetasjen var greit, men ekstremt lite. Det er veldig lytt så man hører mye av det som skjer rundt både inne og ute. Sengen var helt grei. Derimot er plasseringen perfekt. Det skulle også vært informert om at man må ut med et depositum. Alt i alt greit hotell for er par dager.
