Greit hotell, ved Regents park og nær Baker street
Helt greit + hotell ved Regents Park. Nære Baker Street og Madame Tussauds. 20 min gange til Pimrose park med utsikt over hele London. Flott sted å se nyttårsfyrverkeri uten å være i fullstappet sentrum! Litt lytt ut i gangen - dørene hadde trengt oppdatering og lydisolering. Fasaden til hotellet er blitt slitt og gir ikke det beste inntrykket, så bildene på nettsidene lyver. Inne er det flottere, med romslig og moderne resepsjon og hotellbar med mye plass👍 Hyggelige ansatte og renslig. God frokost med greit utvalg. To kaffimaskiner, helt greit, men hadde forventet filterkaffi på kanne. Bussholdeplass rett utenfor som bringer deg direkte til og fra Oxford Street og Baker Street👍

Fin beliggenhet i et rolig område nært sentrum. Behjelpelig personale i resepsjon og conserge. Renholdere glemte å fylle på kaffe og såpe på rommet en dag. TV-signal var dårlig, TV ramlet inn og ut hele tiden. Vi varslet om dette og fikk beskjed om at de kjente til problemet.

Flott hotell med god service
Positivt overrasket over dette hotellet. Er vant til veldig små hotellrom i London, men dette rommet var veldig romslig og luftig med nydelig utsikt over Regents Park. Vi benyttet oss også av roomservice og concieger tjenester flere ganger, god service og mat. Hotell betjeningen var veldig serviceinnstilt og vi fikk god hjelp til det vi lurte på. Minus med betjeningen i hotell baren, her var det sein betjening og sure fjes. Området er kjempefint og en spasertur i vakre Regents Park anbefales. Buss rett utenfor hotellet som går direkte til Oxford Street og også buss til Baker Street hvor man kan ta tuben fra.

Hotellet har en bra beliggenhet og det er enkelt å ta seg til buss og undergrunn. Hotellet er hyggelig å bo på, men det merkes godt at det er behov for oppgradering. Dette var tredje gang jeg bodde på hotellet. Frokosten kan forbedres betraktelig, den var utmerket første gang og er blitt mye dårligere i dag.

Our original room was in a noisy and unrestored portion of the hotel. Flight cruise came and went at all hours and maintenance was being done without any notification early in the morning. They moved us to another room after much to do because multiple issues in our first room, including nonworking Air-conditioning . The television system was antiquated and never did work in our second room. It was obviously did not cater to guests that booked through Expedia. The housekeeping staff were very good.

We got the deluxe family room which has two twin beds and one king. Our room was very big with two closets as well and on a corner so felt like two spaces bathroom. We had booked through Expedia and pay at hotel and our booking was cancelled before we arrived but hotel honored everything in the end.

Great hotel, spacious, clean and comfortable. Posher inside than out. Shame it wasn’t quite as close to a tube station as needed but that was on us for not checking beforehand.

The staff at reception were wonderful from the moment we arrived and thereafter, so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and spotless. The area had all the amenities one could need and in a great location for transit. We would absolutely stay again, it was exactly what we were hoping for.

The staff were lovely and the room was clean and well furnished. I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel ever again though because of the poor soundproofing which led to lack of sleep for the duration of our stay. We were kept awake by our neighbour’s telephone conversations every night from midnight till 1 and 2AM followed by some loud TV watching. I did mention this to reception after the first night but not sure if anything was done about it.

This was a great location based hotel which was close to St John’s Wood, lords cricket ground etc. A somewhat 1980s entrance with basic amenities. The rooms itself were well designed with enough space for a large family of 2 adults and 2 children. The showers were quite specious meaning you do not need to hold your breath whilst trying to enter the bathroom like most central London hotels. The noise was very low from the huddle of London. In all a good venue and although dated externally internally a good sense of ambience from sporting hey days and when batsmen rarely wore helmets!
