Needs to work harder
They forgot to service our room, and we had to wait in the lobby for 30 mins before they fixed it. Definitely some room for improvement on the cleaning. As a rewards gold member you normally get an upgrade. Here you get the worst room in the 1st floor next to the elevator..(128)

Supert hotell!
Super beliggenhet til mange attraksjoner som Tower bridge, Garden at 120, Spitafields og Brick Lane. Både buss og bane omtrent rett utenfor hotellet. Vi fikk både tidlig innsjekk og sen utsjekk så resepsjonen var utrolig imøtekommende.

Veldig bra .
Dette er et ypperlig hotell , hvor gjestene står i hovedfokus. Alle ansatte er utrolig på for og hjelpe kundene sine. Renslig hotell, moderne hotell, fredelig hotell. God bar, fantastisk resturant. Bodde her i 9 døgn. Eneste minus er at du bor ett stykke fra Oxford street, covent garden osv. For oss som ikke er i disse områdene gjør det ingen ting. Ett fredelig hotell også, som passer fint vist du vil trekke deg unna store folkemengder.

What an amazing stay! My wife and I chose this hotel due to the Hilton name, it was our first time traveling abroad and wanted something familiar. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was great, but the best part was the staff, especially the lobby staff. I want to give a shout out to our 2 favorite bartenders, Tan and Dani. That’s not to shortchange the other members of the lobby staff, those 2 just happened to be the ones to mostly serve us. The conversations were light and funny, the perfect way to cap off the night. When we come back to London, we will surely stay at Canopy by Hilton, as well as recommend to others. Other things to consider: -This hotel is right next to the bust station, as well as less than 1 block from Aldgate station on the metro tube line, which was very convenient. -There were water and ice stations on every floor, which was great when leaving for the day to walk around the city (10 miles) to fill water bottles on the way in and out. -The hotel also had a coffee shop that was open early, though we never stopped in, the menu looked great. -We arrived about 3 hours before normal check in time, and our room was available and ready, though this may not always be the case, it was great for us.

I chose the hotel because Expedia review was 9.2, we got an upgrade at a lower price than what posted online which was great. But may have had an expectation too high so I was a bit disappointed at the service - service staff doesn’t greet us at all - may be a British tradition? I asked for some supplies - a trash bag, the cleaning lady was very impatient, then another day I asked for three things and it took the guy three times to get them right. Bathroom was probably updated at some Point but we see dirty grouts in the shower. On the ceiling we see lot of molded leaking marks which was too bothersome to be brought up…

Beautiful updated hotel across from Aldgate tube station. Clean and quiet. Safe and great English breakfast where staff does everything possible to make you comfortable. Thank you Viljay for upgrading our room- simply the best.
