Veldig bra service
Fikk veldig bra service, hvor de var veldig forståelig og hjalp meg så mye som mulig. Sønnen min ble dessverre syk og fikk feber. Vi skulle egentlig sjekke ut klokka 1100, men fikk lov til å bli på rommet til 1400 og gratis oppbevaring av koffert mens vi var ute å spise litt mat før vi reiste til flyplassen.

For det meste veldig bra! Synd den ene heisen var ødelagt, da den som var der var veldig treig og liten, og stort sett i bruk - så det ble fort mye venting. Ellers veldig fint rom :)

Aircondition fra helvete
Hyggelige folk i «resepsjonen», og meget sentral og bra beliggenhet, men knøttlite rom. «Dobbeltsengen» på et rom for 2 personer var 120 cm med dobbeltdyne. Men det verste var nok aircondition som levde sitt eget liv og vekslet mellom kjempekaldt og kjempevarmt, uansett hvordan man stilte den. Reiste hjem med en heftig forkjølelse.

Rommet var ekstremt liten og ligner mer på en hostel enn hotel. Rommet hadde ikke Tv eller andre typiske standard hotell utstyr og tar ekstra betalt for bagasjeoppbevaring.

Svært liten rom, bra beliggenhet
Grei opphold, sentralt men alt er veldig liten! Hadde ikke fått håndkle eller toalettpapir, trodde dette var en hostel. Men var lite i rommet så det var grei beliggenhet for prisen.

Praktisk og pent med noen minus
Topp beliggenhet til god pris. Små, men rene og pene rom med fin standard. Ingen TV og bare to små skuffer til klær. Hyggelig personale. To ting trakk litt ned: Ingen resepsjon, bar, restaurant/frokost eller andre fellesområder. Ikke noe sted å vente på andre på vei ut fra hotellet. Rooftop så bra ut, men var reservert for selskaper. Summen ble mer romleie enn hotellfølelse.

Unngå dette hotellet! Grusom service!
Grusomt opphold. Alarmen gikk på rommet to ganger i løpet av natten. Vi måtte bytte rom fordi det angivelig ikke var nok oksygen. Sur og uelskverdig nattevakt nærmest skylte på oss. Vi måtte bytte rom. Vi fikk et et enkeltrom under påstand at det ikke var flere dobbeltrom. Sengen var full av små insekter. Vi måtte ned igjen i resepsjonen. Nattevakten nektet oss nytt rom. Da vi skulle gå ut midt på natten for å forsøke å finne et nytt hotell, fikk vi likevel et dobbeltrom. Altså hadde de flere dobbeltrom uten insekter. Nattevakten i resepsjonen løftet ikke en finger for å hjelpe med baggasjen. Han var frekk og ubehagelig. Dagvakt beklaget dagen etter, men vi fikk ingen kompensasjon, til tross for at vi var oppe hele natten. Dette ødela vårt opphold.

Dear Kirsti Thank you very much for your feedback. Apologies for me coming back to you this late. I had to investigate the situation before i came back to you. I can see on the second night that our AC sensors went off and it was not very pleasant. It is very frustrating especially when it does go off while your asleep. We are working with the manufacturers as our sensors are very sensitive and trying to get them replaced. However I can assure you that our rooms are very safe and we are working on getting these sensors replaced. In terms of the comments regarding room 103. I would like you to know that we checked the room top to bottom stripped the beds and no bugs were found. Also all our rooms have double beds. The room you had the double beds are slighly bigger as they are 4,6 inchs. I am sorry the situation was not handled more efficiently and can only apologise on behalf of the team member dealing with this and hope to train the team better so we can avoid situation like this. On this occasion we will be processing a 50% refund for the second night. We hope you do stay with us again and we would love to make your stay one to remember for all the good reasons.

I recently stayed at the Assembly and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a series of letdowns that made my stay far from enjoyable. First and foremost, there was no TV in the room. While I understand some people might prefer a tech-free environment, It felt like a significant oversight for the price I paid. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I was quite surprised to find there was no kettle available either. For a hotel in this price range, I expected at least the basic amenities to make my stay comfortable. The staff behaviour was another major issue. They were both weird and rude, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Any questions or requests were met with either a dismissive attitude or outright rudeness, which is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Security is always a priority for me when traveling, so I was extremely disappointed to discover there was no safe inside the room. This added to my overall sense of discomfort and insecurity during my stay. Given all these issues, I can confidently say that the stay was not worth the price I paid. The lack of basic amenities and the poor service made it a highly regrettable experience. I will never go back to Assembly and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I booked the windowless room so I didn’t have high expectations to begin with but it was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was on the floor pinned against the wall so it was slightly inconvenient getting in and out of bed without hitting my partner. All you get is a bed, toilet, sink and shower. It was hard to fit with all of our luggage. The staff was friendly.

The location of the property was excellent - just 3 mins walk to Leicester Square tube station, a 7 to 10 min stroll away from Covent Garden and the surrounding shopping and dining area. Cleanliness and availability of amenities in the room was conversely less than desired.. spotted ants in the room, room did not have any TV, no bottled water, no kettle for hot water for the cold weather too :(

The stay was good. I felt safe and the surrounding area was convenient for shopping and social activities. The only things I didn’t love, was the darkness of the properly and there was a smell in the room, almost like mold. It wasn’t overwhelming enough to negatively affect my stay but enough to give a “good” rating be “excellent.”
