«I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. «We loved how close we were to the beach. It was beautiful, so nice. We loved that we weren't near the major public beaches and were more secluded. Check in process was very easy and the bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, we visited many restaurants and a beach and everything was decently in the area! 10/10 would recommend for a lovely getaway, we plan on coming back whenever the opportunity presents itself.»

The next day we flew in, I texted the owner we'll be there in 2 hours. The owner replied: something happened yesterday & the apartment is not able to be given for rent. It was 8pm & we had no place to spend the night. »

«This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants.
