«Great little duplex. Close to Mizner Park/Royal Palm/A1A and Beaches. Great hosts and great neighbors. Our dog was welcomed and played with several dogs at neighboring homes. The place was very clean and super inviting. Hoping to return to South Florida soon and will definitely re-book.»

«The whole stay was magical. Beautifully renovated single story home with ample space for a family of 4 to stretch out, swim in the private pool, and super close to crystal clear beaches. We chose to eat in most of the trip, and the fully furnished modern kitchen made that a breeze. If we ever come back to see Inter Miami play again, we will definitely try to book this place again. "The entire interior was tired and worn. Room smelled a bit like old cigarette smoke or mold - not sure which. Bathtub was stained and took 10 min to drain even though I only took a brief shower. Water pressure was weak. Carpet was heavily stained and marked up as were walls and doors. This hotel has an average rating above 7; and that is a mystery- must be riding on past glory- but that would have been long ago. Completely overpriced at $100 per nite (mid-week offseason Florida). And to top things off (for me anyway) the breakfast waffle machine did not work. The pleasant staff do not compensate for a woefully inadequate facility for the price."
