«We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! «Great location! Well stocked with kitchen items and lots of fun beach chairs, towels, and toys. Tennis and pickleball court was a fun perk! Had a little issue with the toilet being broken when we checked in but owner was easy to work with to resolve. Had a great time and only bummer was no shampoo/conditioner and couldn't get a late checkout but the last was my fault...I should have asked earlier. Would stay again.»

«Repairs need to be done. Tighten kitchen sink faucet. 2 bathroom you should not have to hold handle to flush toilet. 2 bedroom the dimmer switch was broken. The floor was not clean. I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. It was a wonderful time with family. I did think three bedrooms that each room had its own bathroom and one did not. Overall great time ...

«My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The complex is immaculate with friendly staff. The beach was at the end of the complex and it was much less crowded than most of the other beaches. There is a small shopping center across the street with gift shops, a great, small breakfast cafe, dining options and gelato. «Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo. There is active construction going on (as mentioned in listing but not shown) so you see see buildings going up between you and the ocean.»

«The patio and View are unparalleled. We saw turtles every day, and I saw a lot of whales spouts. The sunsets were magnificent. For the most part, it was very quiet. This condominium is nestled in a lovely neighborhood with some nice walking paths. We discovered within an hour to never leave food out. Is these little tiny ants just swarmed some dried fruit we had. After that, no sign of insects once we cleaned everything up and did not leave food out. «First of all, the property was larger than I had expected and would be very comfortable for 4 people. The place was fresh and spotless. The view out the front was postcard perfect. The common facilities, (Pool and Gas Grills) were also top notch, and were carefully cleaned by the Condominium staff everyday. «Myself and my husband stayed with my friend and her husband. The condo was prefect for 2 couples. Having the full and fully stocked kitchen with the washer/dryer and beach chairs/umbrella worked out great for all of us. You definitely need to have a car here in Kauai. Kommer heller ikke unna hønene på stedet( hele øya for den saks skyld), men her var det ekstremt siden det er bungalower som er ganske åpne...
