«The house was very clean and neat and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. The house was in an area that is being revitalized and close to the "historical Noblesville" downtown area...walkable were it not for the construction going on. I really don't have any major complaints but...the heating system was kind of loud when it automatically turned on(I'm a light sleeper) and on occasion, an unpleasant smell would flow through the living and bedroom areas. «Overnight stay to be able to attend Ship Chic in Shipshewana. Needed a place with 4 bedrooms for 4 adult females. Emma’s place fit the bill. Great communication, adorable house. Only issue was garage next door had roofers starting at 7:30 am and property owner has no control over that. We’re hoping to travel up that way again and would love to have a repeat stay at Emma’s Place»

«We enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of beds and the weather was perfect for us to have a bonfire! The wood provided was a little green but burnt well after we got the coals nice and hot. The beach was a quick walk away and a great place to relax and catch some sun. There was plenty of great beach stuff at the house but the umbrella was older and looked broken so we didn't take it. I would rent this house again! «The house is clean and well taken care of, the beds are comfortable and the check in and out was easy. Communication with Julie the owner is easy using text. She provided us with good information and some suggestions about places to visit in Indianapolis. The walk to downtown Indianapolis is very pretty when you take the path next to the river however it is gated and closed after 9 pm and open at 6 am in the morning. It takes about 30 -35 minutes walking to Downtown. For us being there for seven ...
