«The unit is very clean and the elevator worked great for family members with limited mobility. We appreciated the beach towels, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The location is perfect with beach access just a short walk away. Carol was great at communicating, she provided clear instructions for our stay and sent notification of inclement weather and rip tides that affected our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.»

«This is an amazing home and location. Away from the heavy traffic of St Pete yet close enough. The beach across the road is amazing and all needed accessories are available. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop and a great dive bar. The house was immaculate and incredibly clean. I would book again 100% when heading back to the area.»

«We had a great time here. Beds and couches were comfy, balcony was cozy, kitchen was well stocked. There are lots of supplies in the garage for the beach, which is only one minute away. We used the wagon, the beach toys, and a big umbrella for shade. Evening swims in the community pool were a great way for the kids to wind down before bed. Thanks so much for hosting us! «This property is gorgeous and the beach views are stunning! The management team was very responsive and Taylor from Seaside was very helpful. It is beautifully designed and the amenities are awesome both inside and out. We enjoyed our vacation with our children and grandchildren and there was something to do for all age levels. We found the beds to be very comfortable and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend.»

Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals, making coffee, etc. Both bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space, bathrooms in both, a pull out couch that is comfortable, and half bath on the main level. Laundry is on site. Heather provides beach essentials, such as a wagon, beach chairs, towels, coolers, water noodles, sand castle building toys, and beach games. «This house is the perfect size and is in a great location. Plenty of parking, pool is perfect for afternoon relaxing and the beach is a 3 min walk. Shops-n-stores are all close by. Steve was a great host making sure everything was in place. He even checked in with us on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed.
