«We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cute but very small. Which was fine for the 3 of us. Some of the things we enjoyed about the house was the location. Every morning we were able to walk to the local coffee shop. If bars are your scene there is a neat little bar right across the street. You do get a lot of traffic due to the bar but it did not bother us. It is open till 2 am so sometimes it can get a little loud. I just kept the AC turned down low. «We where able to check in early which was great.The house was very clean and had every thing we needed. Sue was a wonderful Host .When we needed propane for the grill it was Delivered the next morning. She had all the beach stuff . We did bring some of are own things but didn't need too. FYI for next time, Very cute cottage reminded me of how it use to look back in the 90's nice big trees. pretty grounds around the house. Indian Rock beach is a nice area and not so busy as Clearwater beach, ...

«My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and it met or exceeded all of our expectations. This sweet little beach cottage was very comfortable for two with a comfortable king bed and private bathroom in the primary suite, but could have stayed several more with the bunks, a futon, and another half bath. «This is a beautiful, updated upper unit of a beach house. Vintage feel but totally and tastefully updated. View of sunset from deck is exquisite. Beach in front is fairly quiet. Burk was an excellent host and even gave my husband a ride when we had car trouble! Great restaurants in the area. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!»

«This was our 4th time staying at this property. You CAN NOT beat this location. Our kids (19&13) don't mind staying on the pull out couch and my wife and I have the bedroom to ourselves. Not that there is much time spent inside when you have a walkout beach with no stairs. We will definitely be staying again next year There were beach chairs, a cooler, tubes and two umbrellas in the shed.»
