«Stayed one week in January and found the apartment comfy and clean and well suited for our family of five (one infant). The staff were very helpful and the common areas well kept. Nice laundry, game room and BBQ area. Didn't try the pool but it looked nice.»

«Good budget hotel - good for what it is Pros: Room was huge, fully stocked kitchenette, laundry in the basement was handy (payable by tapping your credit card so no need to get change), walkable to Salamanca market and the Tasmanian museum and gallery Cons: Reception has short hours so you may need to call them from the phone at the desk if they're not there, not a fancy spot so some things lack unfinishes (unpainted ceilings in bedrooms) »

«Even though though the apartment was above a restaurant and bar and you are warned it might be noise it was actually very quiet. Plenty of room in the apartment with good kitchen setup. And the bar does great cocktails and bar snacks for a light meal ! »

«The room was fantastic, however the office hours are only from 9.30am to 5.00pm. I arrived at 5.30 and had no idea where the parking was. The TV in my room didn’t work. The one in the bedroom worked but not the lounge. No one there to check out at 9.00am this morning.»

«Great to be on the ground floor when you are travelling with big suitcases. Appartments are compact but have all the necessities. The oven worked perfectly for our baked loaded potatoes dinner, and it was nice to have access to a full sized fridge and freezer as well as laundry facilities. Always nice to be able to park your car right near your accomodation. Thanks :)»

«The tasman room 3 bedroom apartment was spacious clean & perfect. Has everything you need & quality amenities , blankets ect. Will definitely only stay here when back in Tassie and location is perfect and all staff great from front desk to cleaners. We where unfortunate to have experienced a fire which we where evacuated & where unable to return to our room but the staff & especially the owners physically came to our rescue in the early hours of the morning & went above & beyond making sure we ...

«We arrived for our stay in Hobart and waited until 2pm for check in. When we got to Hobart Apartments, there was nobody in reception, so i rang the number on the door. I was then informed that the room was leaking and unavailable for us to stay in and that we should have been informed of this 2 weeks prior but never were. We were basically left stranded with an 8wk old baby and nowhere to stay and when i told them that all she said was "google somewhere else". Very poor service from Hobart ...

«Dog friendly, and great location. However you may need to be aware that the access to main living space is up 14 wooden stairs. We had to teach our to go up and down, slowly. I would imagine some older people having difficulty with this too.»
