«A true oasis in the desert. Beautiful luxurious tents and idyllic quiet setting. Very friendly service. No WiFi across the site except in the relaxation room, which we actually loved to truly unwind and switch off. If you're driving yourself to the camp, I'd recommend a car that can handle driving off road.»

«Great walking location for Ait Ban Haddou. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly Plenty of options for breakfast, ample options for dinner. I was only there for one night so only had chance to sample the menu once but the chicken tagine was very good. Rooms clean and smell very note, comfortable bed. Very peaceful at night for a good sleep. Pool clean but due to my short time there was unable to use it. »

«The Capaldi is a beautiful bespoke hotel decorated beautifully with lush, manicured gardens. The service and staff were excellent with a special mention about hotel manager Carole who did a fabulous job of customer liaison. Food and wine selection was excellent and not too pricey either. The hotel is within easy reach of Marrakesh and a great place to retreat to for some rest and relaxation. Would recommend.»

«Good choice for an accommodation in the area. Literally next door from Ait Ben-Haddou. Room a little worn, especially the bathroom, but the hotel is in a remote location, and very reasonably priced. Great service, and the adjoining restaurant has an amazing view of the ksar.»

«This place is amazing! Stunning views, fantastic tent, extremaly nice people! In the middle of the dessert but easy to find as there are signs on the way. The driving is an adventure 🙂 There was no hot water in the shower and food and drinks overpriced but otherwise I only regret we didn’t stay for one more night. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Marocco!»

«So glad we discovered this place. A perfect getaway from the busy city of Marrakech. Calm, beautiful vistas, animals everywhere and nice, clean, original accommodations. The staff was super friendly. My son and his friend loved the pools. Horseback riding in the morning was great! Would highly recommend and will probably come back. »

«This is a small hotel, one hour south of Marrakesh. It was a nice drive through a couple of villages and slowly climbing but you're in no way at a significant altitude. I asked for a car to take us from our hotel in Marrakesh. That was fine but in hindsight I should have arranged it myself and probably saved myself half the 70 euros I did pay. You could certainly arrange pickup from the lodge by someone from Marrakesh but we did use their (different) man, who drove us back and was friendly. I ...
