Property is clean, well-kept, and just far enough from the strip to enjoy some peace and quiet, but not so far that its an entire mission to load the family up for tourist activities. We have never rented a so well stocked VRBO regarding basics like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, propane for the grill, etc. so that was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and spa area but note that the heating for both if needed is an extra daily charge. Overall we loved the place and it worked great for our group who enjoy to cook and just hang out at the VRBO’s.»

«We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!»

«It's a quiet, relaxing place with a great private pool, and beautiful views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding mountains. Communications with the owners was excellent and they were instantly helpful with what few issues we had. (They were MOST accommodating when at the very last minute Delta canceled our flight in July, and we had to move our reservation back two months. We are very grateful to them for that)»

«We came to Vegas for Christmas and New Years to have my 90 yr old father meet with his sister and extended family. Location was ideal. Lots of amenities located close by. Daryl left a handbook with great info about the area and the care and maintenance of the house. We were surprised to see the house decorated for Christmas. Had enough space for us all. The swimspa was ideal for the cool evenings. Was able to view the fireworks on the strip from the master bedroom window. Great location. Great ...

«This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants.»
