«This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me.»

«This was a very good place for us as it was well located for visiting relatives in East Grinstead. It is easy to find close to the M25 although it is well shielded fom traffic and aircrat noise. The facilities and welcome were excellent and we would certainly recommend it.»

«Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there.»

Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. «We really lucked out with this one. We were vacationing with two teens - 18 year old boy, 17 year old girl, se we needed three bedrooms. Difficult to find in London, and impossible in July without a lot of money. And having a nice grocery nearby saved even more - we were able to do so much in London because we found the right place.
