«This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight. «Grand Case is a natural beauty and this apartment was an ideal location to enjoy it. Although this part of the island has not fully recovered from hurricane Irma in 2017, this location is not short on charm, fantastic food and things to do if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. Check if they have water and working toilets
"We arrived this hotel in Guadeloupe after 18 hrs travel only to be informed after check in that the hotel did not have access to fresh water, showers or working toilets in any of the rooms. We stayed 3 days in 30 degrees in rooms with no access to shower, water or toilets. This due local strike. One toilet available in the reception 150 meters from room for all guests to share. The hotel didnt have water since one week before our arrival but did not notify us and since pre paid we were not allowed to change hotel. We were not offered any compensation but we were given bottles of water to drink."
